Online Help
If at any time you need help with understanding how to use Pocket Diary, help buttons are provided on each of the dialogs. Also pressing F1 will give you more information about the current screen.
Inserting Pictures
Not only does Pocket Diary support formatting font faces, colors, and sizes, you can also put pictures in your diary entries by using the built-in OLE capabilities.
* Pick your favorite graphics editor to import your pictures and modify them to blend in with your entry.
Backup & Restore
Pocket Diary makes it easy to backup your booklets to another media for safe storage. Just in case something were to happen to your booklets!
Searching Tools
To help find entries based on certain topics, use the searching tools that come with Pocket Diary. Searching either by entry, or searching through all entries.
Spell Checking
Pocket Diary offers both a spell checker as well as Check-As-You-Type spell checking to help you find your spelling errors quickly.
Right-click on your mistakes to receive a list of suggestions.
Exporting
Select your entries and export them to files outside of Pocket Diary so that your entries can be used externally.
Clipart
If you have Microsoft Office installed, Pocket Diary allows you to easily make use the Clipart that's already installed on your computer.
AutoReplace
You can define commonly misspelled words and typos which Pocket Diary will automatically fix while you're typing.
Printing
Pocket Diary allows you to print selected entries, or a group of entries.
OLE Support
