I have recently installed Gizmo Central on a domain server to mount some ISOs and shared these. After reboot all the shares removed.

Is there anything else to do? any idea.

Hi Muhammad,

Unfortunately Gizmo does not manage file shares when the virtual images are remounted at startup. Windows cannot persist these since the drives are virtual. Technically speaking, they become unregistered during shutdown. But instead of using the "remount at startup" option, you can use the command line to mount your images in a startup CMD that you create, and after the images have been mounted, you could take advantage of the NET SHARE command in Windows to reestablish the shares.

Here is a thread explaining the command line parameters for mounting and unmounting an image in Gizmo.

Here is another thread where someone describes the tools they used to simplify this.
