When I go to create a disk image for Gizmo Drive, I have a number of options. One of which is a Ram Drive. However on my Windows 7 Home Premium x64 computer, I find that this gives me a BSoD. Such a screen is VERY unusual in modern versions of Windows, so this must mean something is REALLY going wrong when it tries to create the ram drive. Part of the BSoD error said that there was a "page fault" in a "non-paging" area of RAM. I don't know what this means, but I'm sure it means your software either has a problem with the fact that:
my OS is Windows 7 instead of Windows XP
my OS is in the "Vista or later" category instead of Windows XP
my OS is Home Premium instead of Pro or Ultimate
or my OS is x64 instead of x86

I'm not sure which the case is, or if it is some combination of these factors. However considering that your last update to the software was in 2011, and it is now 2013 (and my OS has all the latest Windows Updates, some of which may break the ability for your software to create a ram drive) it would seem prudent for your developers to start updating the Gizmo Drive software.
