I'm using XP Home Edition 5.1.2600, not XP Professional. If I can provide anymore information about the environment Gizmo was trying to run under, let me know.

I took a page from another poster and used Dependency Walker. Sure enough, two dlls were missing. Further internet investigation said that IE7 might be the problem - the Dell has IE7, the desktop IE6. ...
